Come and stay in our traditional family home with us, and make some memories at our rustic, unique and family-friendly greek house
We have a one bedroom that sleep 5 people, and 2 studios that can sleep 3 people; each space with it's own bathroom, kitchen and outside eating/relaxing area. Or if you are looking for a little cabin hidden away and totally private and secluded (with it's own roof terrace!) we have that too. We are a private home with a few apartments to rent so it is very homely and quiet. And there is always company if you need it.

GARDEN APARTMENT
This is our largest apartment that we lovingly call the garden apartment as it has a large veranda over looking our mature front garden, and you will spend a lot of time out there. It is really suitable for a family or group of friends.
SLEEPS 5 plus child.
It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and single bed (and space for a cot); along with a large open plan living room with two pull out sofa beds.
It has it’s own private bathroom with shower, and a open plan kitchen.
The large veranda boasts a large dining table, and a seating area for your morning coffee.

Welcome to our large and lovely traditional studio apartment.
This apartment is found at the front of the house, tucked in a corer, with a lovely large private outside seating area to welcome you.
SLEEPS 3 (Plus baby cot)
Inside the apartment we have a double and a single bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and the outdoor seating area as mentioned.
The kitchen is basic with a fridge, small oven and stove, and all of the plates and bits and bobs you need to self-cater. Anything that is missing, just ask!

This lovely little traditional studio apartment is at the front of Batlis House..
We love this apartment especially as it was our personal one for many years where there is a lot of our art on the walls, and even a driftwood headboard.
SLEEPS 2 (Plus Child)
The apartment has a double bed, a small kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor seating area, that opens up to the driveway and in to the main garden. We are happy to add a mattress and cot for a child.
Being at the front of the house, you will see the comings and the goings of the home, but as said, we only have 4 apartments so it’s never busy.

THE CABIN
Our cabin is often called our honeymoon hut, representing its total privacy and romantic setting.
You will find it hidden in the back of our property, up a number of garden steps and a ramp, followed by a wooden set of stairs there you will find our hut. A mini safari lodge if you will.
SLEEPS 2
This little house has a mezzanine floor consisting of a floor bed (double of 2 singles) and down the wooden ladder stairs is the seating area and table, kitchenette, bathroom and wardrobe space.
Outside you have a mini veranda with table and chairs leading on to a huge roof terrace with sunbeds. This terrace is your private space with views across Troulos Valley and a perfect place for a morning coffee and to enjoy the sunset after a busy day. We have even had a couple of proposals made up here.
