Welcome to our happy boho family home nestled in the village of Troulos on the beautiful Aegean island of Skiathos. Batlis House ha been a home to 3 generation of our family for 20 years, when my father found a crumbling wonky perfect Greek house in 2002.. As a family of carpenters and artists we love our home’s character, and we love to welcome like minded guests and friends to enjoy it’s unique and traditional charm.. Throughout the year we offer holiday apartments, and we also host art and wellness retreats. So you will see lots of art dotted around.
Our accommodation consists of 5 spacious private apartments at some of the best rates on the island, all with their own kitchens, bathrooms, and outside spaces. We live on site so we are around to help with anything you need, but generally we invite you to treat our home as your own home, lounge in the garden, make use of all the spaces, and have a great relaxing and happy holiday.

OUR LOCATION
We are 10 Minutes from Troulos beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The walk from Batlis House takes you through goat fields, up little lanes, past tavernas and friendly dogs until you reach our beautiful beach. We are also 10 minutes drive from the rest of the best beaches on the island, including Elias, Mandraki, Agistro and Koukounaries.
Troulos offers it’s own bunch of lovely restaurants and local shops, and we are 2 minutes from the bus stop 18. We are very well located to explore the rest of Skiathos, where besides the 60 beaches you will find old churches with beautiful frescos, two monasteries and the old capital of Kastro, where you will learn all about Skiathos history. In Skiathos town itself you find fantastic restaurants, boutique shops and little lanes, a new garden theatre, an open air cinema and of course the ports which are a spectacle of boat activity from fishing trips to Mama Mia trips to the neighbouring island of Skopolos.
Skiathos is a beautiful place which offers so so much, and we will be more than happy to help you plan a perfect holiday.
